USDA Home Loans

The US Department of Agriculture USDA provides low down payment options to qualified borrowers, at very low interest rates, and with very low mortgage insurance premiums. If you are buying a home in an Rural Development -eligible area, and meet the program requirements, this loan is perfect for you.

Reverse Mortgages

A Reverse Mortgage is a loan for those age 62 and older that allows homeowners to convert their home’s equity into cash with no monthly mortgage payments. Borrowers are responsible to pay property taxes, homeowner’s insurance and any homeowners association fees. Once the last surviving owner passes away, the heirs will have a 12 month period to repay the balance of the reverse mortgage with options including the sale of the home to pay off the outstanding balance. All remaining equity is inherited by the estate. The estate is not personally liable if the home sells for less than the balance of the reverse mortgage.
