Guardian Capital Lenders is a mortgage brokerage firm established in 2019, currently licensed to originate loans in the state of Florida. GCL was founded by Maria R. Garcia (Managing Director) who’s been in the mortgage industry for nearly 20 years. Maria is a dedicated professional and highly qualified mortgage consultant. Having worked as a Sales Manager, Account Executive and Loan Originator, Maria has the previous experience necessary to manage and grow the business.
Guardian Capital Lenders provides customized mortgages for the purchase and refinance of residential and commercial properties . We offer personalized mortgage services such as FNMA/FHLMC, Non QM and Hard Money, 90% LTV with no mortgage insurance, 90% LTV down to a 580-credit score with loan term options of 15, 30 and 40 years (Adjustable and Fixed interest rates). Our Loan types include: FHA, Conventional, VA, High Balance, Jumbo, Reverse Mortgages, Residential Construction, Foreign National, Asset Depletion, Stated Income, No Income, Rehab, USDA , Hard Money loans and Commercial.

I'm a dedicated Mortgage Broker professional with nearly 20 years of industry experience. I must say that I thoroughly enjoy my life's work, helping others achieve home ownership. My primary function is to customize mortgages, based on client criteria and market conditions, for the purchase and refinance of residential and commercial properties. As a Corporate Leader, my focus is to keep abreast of all current market conditions that may effect the advice we render borrowers as a Firm.
